Hi.
We’re Salvage Blue.

A dream you dream alone is only a dream. A dream you dream together is reality.

– John Lenin

We are a team of artists, entrepreneurs, photographers, journalists, activists, scientists, and divers from the Caribbean with a deep and dedicated passion for protecting the ocean and its inhabitants.

Adam Gravel

“The only way to deal with an unfree world is to become so absolutely free that your very existence is an act of rebellion.”

– Albert Camus

Born in Barbados, raised in St. Vincent and the Grenadines, and educated in Canada, Adam’s dream is to replace whaling with an economically viable and environmentally sustainable alternative that will benefit both the whales and the whalers. His role as Managing Director is to lead the team in the pursuit of the organization’s goals.
